Guides for Preparing & Submitting your Orders
Available to help you with preparing and submitting your product order, including dealing with "late orders", are 6 similar "Guides". Please use the one that matches the 'type' sale you are doing.

In addition, these valuable 'aids' will give you considerable information regarding "What Happens Next" after we receive your order and submit it to our suppliers. This includes the delivery of your products.
There are three (3) 'Guides for "Pre-Pay" fundraisers. This is where your kids collect the money when they take the order. There is a seperate one for:
  1. Brochures that contain no 'foods' (or small amount) and are "Pre-Packed".
  2. Brochures that contain no 'foods' (or small amount) and are shipped "Bulk".
  3. Brochures that are "Fancy Foods" and shipped "Bulk".

There are three (3) 'Guides for "Post-Pay" (COD) fundraisers. This is where your kids collect the money when they deliver the products. There is a seperate one for:
  1. Brochures that contain no 'foods' (or small amount) and are "Pre-Packed".
  2. Brochures that contain no 'foods' (or small amount) and are shipped "Bulk".
  3. Brochures that are "Fancy Foods" and shipped "Bulk".

Note: These Guides are "Generic". Sometimes they will require "adapting" them to your 'situation' and the exact way you are collecting and forwarding your orders. Simply leave out or change sections that do not apply to the exact way you are managing this part of your program.

Parts of each guide are based upon two procedures that you may not be using. These are (1) using our "3-Part Order Form" and (2) our staff is "Brochure Totaling" your orders.

IF we are NOT "Brochure Totaling", please submit your order by phone, e-mail, or fax. Tell us clearly and precisely the Number of Each Product you need to fill all your sales.

IF you want your products "Pre-Packed" (each kid's order individually bagged or boxed & labled) this requires that we "Brochure Total" all your sales. You may submit each seller's order by using our '3-Part Order Form' (recommended) or you may forward a spreadsheet you create that tells us each seller's name and exactly how many of each product (by product code number) each seller sold. You may also use the order forms printed on the brochures (when available) and submit a very carefully checked (for legibility & content) photocopy of each seller's total order. Marsha will speak with you 'in person' prior to this procedure to "Custom-Tailor" the details to your situation and wishes, as well as help you organize it for maximum efficiency and minimum errors.

The following "Aids" are designed to help you speed up and make easier several tasks related to the organization and management of the products you are selling. These documents will eliminate your having to search through the brochures for product and pricing information. Just select the brochure(s) you are selling from the dropdown list below. You will see the following two lists for each brochure:

  1. A List of the products by Product Numbers (includes Retail Prices).
  2. A List of the products Alphabetized by Product Names (Includes Retail Prices).

Suggested Uses

  • Find or Identify each product faster by its PRODUCT NUMBER or by its PRODUCT NAME.
  • Check the Accuracy of each price paid or recorded on the "Customer Order Form" and on your students' "Money Envelopes" (or any place where you are recording order and/or money information).
  • Speed up the tallying of products and prices by students, parents, or others. (Use to carefully check before Order Forms are turned in and when products are checked out.)
  • Copy and give one to each seller to assist him or her in accurately checking all their money for the correct amounts before turning this money in.
